At Geissele Automatics, we constantly challenge ourselves by pushing the boundaries of quality and performance. Based on our Super Duty platform, our Super HBAR Uppers feature a thicker HBAR profile, with a .812 gas journal, custom reinforced .812 gas block and a significantly thicker Super HBAR straight gas tube. Our Super HBAR Upper effortlessly handles higher volumes of fire without sacrificing match grade accuracy.
Foundational to the renowned quality and performance of this system is the in-house produced Cold Hammer Forged, chrome-lined Super Heavy Barrel and Nanoweapon®-coated Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group. Both the Geissele CHF barrel and Forged Stressproof Bolt® are High-Pressure Tested (HPT) and Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI), and work in concert to achieve unmatched dependability with match-grade accuracy. The Super HBAR Upper features a custom .812 gas block, along with a reinforced straight gas tube, for superior heat mitigation. Also featured is the HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD muzzle device, offering seamless compatibility with the innovative HUXWRX FLOW series.
Rounding out the Super HBAR Upper, the well-vetted center-tab mated MK16 rail features stainless steel QD inserts to reinforce sling attachment. The Airborne Charging Handle provides ambidextrous use and accessibility while maintaining a lower profile to eliminate snagging on gear.

What is Geissele Nanoweapon®?
Geissele Nanoweapon® (also known as Picatinny DSL) is a family of Durable Solid Lubricant coatings which was developed by ARDEC. It is available exclusively from Geissele Automatics. We continued the development of Picatinny DSL so that its level of corrosion, wear and abrasion resistance is currently unmatched among firearm coatings. Nanoweapon® is applied at low temperatures so that the underlying metallurgy of the part is unaffected by the application process. Our coating also has a surface hardness roughly equivalent to synthetic diamond. This makes Geissele Nanoweapon® harder than sand, easily rejecting carbon and making cleaning a breeze, on top of allowing the firearm to operate normally with less lubrication.
